Cancellation policy

Essentique fragrance oil subscriptions renew automatically on the delivery schedule selected at checkout. The monthly plan is 15% off the regular one-time product price, and the every-three-months plan is 10% off. The selected schedule and recurring product price are shown before checkout.

Your payment method is charged for each scheduled order at the recurring price for your selected plan, plus applicable shipping and taxes. We currently ship within the United States only.

You may cancel future subscription orders by emailing support@essentique.shop before the next order is processed. Cancellation stops future scheduled charges and deliveries; it does not reverse an order already processed.

Returns of subscription orders follow our return and refund policy. Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and the customer pays for the return shipping label for any approved return.
